What information is needed for servicing or repair?

Provide brand, model, serial number, operating hours and a description of the problem. Photos of the identification plate and affected area can help. Do not operate equipment if safe operation is in doubt. Scope and cost depend on assessment.

Spare parts, batteries and tyres

For parts, provide serial number and part code if known. For a battery, specify voltage, chemistry and dimensions; for tyres, give axle, size and type. A photo alone may not establish compatibility. Confirm price, availability and delivery before ordering.

On-site service across Georgia
